KOMO News Radio Halloween 2009
In the late 1800's and early 1900's, it was the place Seattle residents frequented to have a good time. There were bars, brothels, gambling halls....Things have certainly changed in this neighborhood, but today, if you're looking for them, you can still run into Georgetown's past resident's, including Sarah.

Rated as a "tour worth taking" by Seattle
Magazine, June 2002:
Haunted Happenings: Hop on board a minivan for a tour of Seattle's creepiest locales. Tour guide Jake injects a healthy dose of history into some of the less, um, well-documented tales. Who knew that Georgetown was once home to a poor farm? Among the tour's creepier moments: a peek in the window of the nightclub that was the site of the notorious 1983 Wah Mee Massacre.
Read what the May 22, 2002 Seattle Weekly has to say:
The ghosts of these tours remind us of the
misery and murder that Seattle has paved over; some are supposedly still
slamming doors, hurling bottles and playing other weird tricks to this day
....
The Private Eye on Seattle Tour provides a lot of time to un-spool
history, and that's what the Irish woman called (somehow fittingly) Jake does
generously as we roll through ....
Jake says that the residents have told her
about toys that seem to have a life of their own .... haunted by a nurse whose
perfume still lingers .... pictures taken in a lobby sometimes reveal unseen
patrons.
From a local area paranormal group, June 2008:
"Boy does Jake know her stuff or what! I have lived off and on in the Seattle area for years and I heard stories and saw areas that I never even knew about! Talk about someone that knows where the bodies are buried LITERALLY! I would really recommend this to anyone that is interested in Seattle History and/or ghosts!"....
"I still feel the chills just thinking about
these places!"
